2. Shipping Within UAE
Standard delivery across the UAE typically takes 2–4 business days.
Express delivery options may be available at checkout for select locations.
3. GCC Shipping
Deliveries to GCC countries (such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar) usually take 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
4. Shipping Charges
All orders are delivered with complimentary shipping. Each piece is prepared with care and sent securely to your doorstep, ensuring a smooth and effortless experience from our atelier to you.
- For our valued customers across the GCC — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman — a flat shipping fee of AED 50 applies, ensuring secure and timely delivery of your piece.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
6. Customs & Duties (For GCC Orders)
International orders outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
